Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Grated jaggery 1 kilogram


  • Water 1/4cup


  • Pure ghee 6 tsp


  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • Ajwain 1tsp


  • Dry ginger powder 1tsp


  • Melonseeds 2tsp


  • Poppyseeds 1tsp


  • Chopped dry coconut 2tsp


  • Foxnuts 1cup


  • Edible Gum 2tsp


  • Walnut 1 laddle


  • White sesame seeds 2tsp


  • Chop cashews 10 pcs


  • Chop Almonds 10 pcs


  • Chop pista 10 pcs


  • Roasted peanut 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a wok add one tsp ghee,then ghee hot add edible gum fry and keep a side and grind.
  • Take a one tsp ghee add foxnuts fry and keep a side.
  • Then take a sesame seeds and poppyseeds dry roast.
  • Then take a walnut,chop pista,cashews,almonds,melonseeds,dry coconut,peanut roast in few seconds keep a side.
  • Take a wok add water and jaggery mixandcook for 5 minutes after 5 minutes test in jaggery .
  • Take a water add few drops of melted jaggery and make a ball in your fingers.
  • Ball make then jaggery is cooked gas off add all roasted and fried dry fruits,ajwain and dry ginger powder mix .
  • Take a greased tray add jaggery and flat in spatula cool them
  • After cool cut in any shapes.
